Gurmohan has more than two decades of experience in full spectrum HR roles in the areas of Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Capability Building in multinational firms like Eicher, Unilever, TATA and Vodafone, where he has effectively built teams to manage the HR and Administration function in the context of integration with business strategy.
Gurmohan is an alumnus of Panjab University (Masters in HRM), Indian School of Business (ISB-Continuing Management Education sponsored by Hutch/Vodafone), Conestoga College (Career Development Practitioner – Ontario College graduate certificate) and Academy of Learning, Toronto (Immigration consultant diploma).
Gurmohan has also acquired his Canadian equivalency Juris Doctor (JD) from Federation of Law Societies of Canada (FLSC) by appearing in National Council for Accreditation (NCA) challenge exams.
Gurmohan is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
